Pastor David Adelaja Fredricks, the regional overseer and chairman, Mountain of Fire and Miracles (MFM) Agbede Council of Regions, has officially launched a new book highlighting the significance of the blood of Jesus Christ in Christian theology and daily living.
Pastor Fredricks unveiled his debut publication, ‘The Power in the Blood of Jesus’, at a well-attended event held on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at the MFM Agbede Region 76, Ikorodu, Lagos. The gathering drew members of the congregation, community leaders, friends, well-wishers and the clergy, who came to support the milestone.
The 120-page book presents the blood of Jesus as a living, active force that brings redemption, cleansing, justification, sanctification, and victory to believers. Written in a passionate and prophetic tone, the author aims to awaken Christians from what he describes as “powerless religion” and lead them into a deeper experience of spiritual authority.

Attendees at the event noted that the author writes with conviction and intensity, which makes the message compelling and helps readers understand complex theological ideas in a relatable way.
Another strength of the book is the practical application to real-life situations. The inclusion of real-life stories and prayer points makes the book not just theoretical, but actionable. Readers are guided on how to apply the concept of the blood of Jesus in their daily struggles, spiritual battles, and personal growth. Each chapter also ends with prayer points and declarations.
For many church members, the book is a timely contribution, particularly as many continue to grapple with spiritual battles in these end times. Pastor Fredricks expressed hope that the book would reach beyond his immediate congregation.
“I believe the message is universal,” he said. “The blood of Jesus is a very powerful weapon for Christians everywhere. Christians cannot walk in authority if they are ignorant of the blood of Jesus. That is why this is not just a book; but a spiritual revival.”
Commenting at the event, the author’s wife, Pastor (Mrs) Olusola Adelaja, expressed her gratitude to God for the fulfilment of this dream. She added that she was particularly thrilled that months of hard work had finally yielded positive results. She also prayed that the book will bring more souls to the Kingdom and help Christians struggling and facing diverse challenges to overcome.
