2023 CAF Awards: Seven Super Falcons Make Women’s Player Of The Year Shortlist

The Confederation of African Football – CAF on Tuesday, November 14 announced nominees for different Women award categories.

For the women’s player of the year, reigning award holder, Asisat Oshoala is joined by six compatriots, Rasheedat Ajibade, Chiamaka Nnadozie and Osinachi Ohale, Christy Ucheibe, Toni Payne and Uchenna Kanu.

29-year-old Oshoala has won the prestigious award in 2014, 2016, 2017, 2019 and 2022.
