Joelaz Music Academy has held its inaugural Certification Day.

The graduating students had successfully undertaken the Music Society of Nigeria, MUSON, JOMUE and ABRSM examination.

The colourful occasion, held on Sunday, April 16 – and which was the first of its kind in the school’s history – had in attendance, the administrator of Muson, music enthusiasts, officials of the academy, parents, family, friends and well wishers of Joelaz Music Academy.

Eromosele Joshua Omoike, Salami Gbolahan Ilesanmi, Ogunbanwo Emiloluwa Micheal and Odufale Mojubaoluwa Israel were those presented with certificates at the event.

Muson Administrator, who was physically present to hand the certificates to the students, noted his excitement and lauded the school for putting up such a ceremony.

He reiterated that it took a lot to organise such an event.

According to him, “I’m very impressed with what I’m seeing here today. It’s difficult to see this kind of organisation an event in Akute and within this axis. Usually, we see things like this in V/I, Ikoyi and Lekki. I must give kudos to the school and its administrator for showing that this can be achieved here too.

“I will implore the parents here to support this school and those running it, so as to ensure that this school grows beyond this level and do more for young children in this vicinity.”

Academic Director, David Champion Olatunji, who represented the Principal Instructor of the school, Mr. Joel Olanipekun Olaseinde, at the occasion, was full of praises for his boss and his team for their hardwork and resoluteness. He thanked the MUSON Administrator and parents for making the ceremony a huge success.

Highlight of the occasion was the presentation of certificates to the graduating students.
