EDO, Nigeria – NNPP leading aspirant in the 2024 gubernatorial election in Edo State, Peter Okoeguale, has made a handsome donation of two operational vehicles: A space bus and a Honda car, for use by the state New Nigeria People’s Party, NNPP, officials.
The vehicles were made available to the officials to ease movement and logistics within the state, especially as the party prepares for its primaries in February next year.
Okoeguale equally donated bags of rice, oil and other condiments to his numerous supporters, party faithful and the people of Edo State across the three Senatorial Districts of North, Central and South.
Making the donations on behalf of the governorship hopeful, Mr Elliot Imoloamen, stated that Okoeguale had the best interests of the party and the people of Edo State at large, at heart. He said the Edo-philantropist was not new to doing such things and making such huge donations, especially at this time when many Edo indigenes and Nigerians were experiencing economic hardship.
Imoloamen stressed that with these kind donations, the people would have some form of succour during the Yuletide and the party officials would also find the vehicles useful in their day-to-day operations leading to the party primaries and the main election in the state.
