Lagos State Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board Highlights Commitment To Community Service

LAGOS, Nigeria – The Board Secretary of the Lagos State Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board, Okudero Gbolabo Omoniyi, PhD, recently appeared on a live programme on Lagos Television (LTV), to enlighten the public about the board’s activities and services. 

According to Ebunoluwa Olagoke, AD, Public Affairs, LSCPWB, during the interview, Dr. Okudero emphasised the board’s commitment to serving the community through its monthly intervention exercises, which provide financial support to members of the public in need.

Dr. Okudero stated, “Apart from conducting hitch-free pilgrimage exercises, we are also committed to our monthly Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, where the board stretches out its arms of love to touch the lives of those who require assistance, thereby making a positive impact in society.” He further highlighted the board’s recent intervention in Ikorodu, where a resident, Mr. Raphael Abiodun, received a cash gift to support his health needs.

The Lagos State Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board remains dedicated to its mission of serving the public and promoting the welfare of its stakeholders. Through its various initiatives, the board continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those it touches.
